Anyone criticised or maligned in these publications has a guaranteed right of reply. JMF or P2 Lodge UK stands for the hierarchies of the Judaeo/Masonic Faction. The ordinary Mason and Jew are as likely to suffer from the machinations of the JMF as non-Masons and non-Jews are. Almost every institution in the UK is corrupt. While the final blame lies with the Member of Parliament and the Prime Minister, Freemasonry is invariably involved along with the courts, the police and local government.

A PUBLIC ENQUIRY INTO THAMES VALLEY POLICE

We have left readers in no doubt that we are certain that Thames Valley Police and its Authority are polluted with Masons who are gravely corrupt. The integrity of the Buckinghamshire coroner and of the medical profession is also called into question.

All the corruption we have reported has its roots in the Chiltern District Council planning department, which is headed by Michael Hartley and Carol Castle. In 1989 Hartley was sacked. He was then reinstated. Nobody remembered why he was sacked. There was never a good reason for reinstating him. It was common knowledge that there were two opposing Masonic factions within the council.

In October 1990, after midnight on a Saturday night, Hartley was driving home from a party in Chesham to Chalfont St Peter. Between Chalfont St Peter and Chalfont St Giles there was an accident which left four teenagers and an elderly couple dead. 36 hours later Hartley, accompanied by his solicitor, went to the police to report the accident. At the coroner's inquest Hartley did not have to give evidence because he was under police caution. The coroner managed to point the finger of blame at the driver of one of the cars. The police made the coroner's decision an excuse for not proceeding against Hartley. We believe that an impartial enquiry will come up with a different verdict provided Masons do not play a part in the enquiry.

We are trying to find out what fairy tale the fairy Clerk (Springthorpe) has told them. It looks as if we are being classed as IRA terrorists with the standard shoot-to-kill policy in force courtesy of Tony Thatcher.

THE FRENCH TOO

We are indebted to a former member of army intelligence for the following information. He greeted us enthusiastically with "The French judges are the same as ours". He was aware that in the UK a politician, the wine imbibing Lord Chancellor, not only appoints the judges but also in many cases determines the outcome of court cases by secretly briefing the judges. France's Justice Minister recently proposed a separation of politics from the judiciary. MPs from all parties ganged up on her and she had to back down. Our informant then gave French examples of what are daily occurrences in UK. A French judge rejected a claim against Francois de Bourbon Busset because FdBB had a good name and his brother was a member of the French Academy (or his father or his brother was Home Secretary, perhaps). A new prosecutor in Nice said that every day brought new surprises. When he checked investigations into well known public figures he found that the case papers had disappeared. He blamed Masonic judges for the corruption. French judges are being cut down to size for accepting bribes and being naughty in their private lives. We are currently checking out a UK judge whose company is in financial straits. He awarded a substantial amount of unjustifiable costs, which we believe were filtered back into his company.

Coincidentally a friend of the army intelligence man informs us by letter dated 19 May that he was a victim of Freemasonry and Thames Valley Police in 1974. His case was similar to the one reported in "Inside the Brotherhood" at Watlington where Thames Valley Police Masons succeeded in ruining a publican. This case differed because the publican was a Mason and the police were helping him to create mayhem with after hours drinking by the village hooligans. In this case the Masons eventually lost out. The barrister defending our informant was David Calvert-Smith who is now Director of Public Prosecutions. We do not think that Calvert-Smith would now oppose the Masons. He would soon be out of a job.

When will the British public stop doffing its cap to crooks in high places? Now read Bernard Gough's petition to the Queen. Sir Nicholas Lyell has attracted much opprobrium from many victims. Lyell was also involved in the Lloyd's scandals and dispersed gagging writs like confetti. He should be indicted for misconduct in public office or worse.

PETITION TO THE QUEEN

Your Majesty,

1. I am the Inventor of an automatic warehousing system named Asemaster which is in common use throughout the world and subject matter of Your Majesty's Letters Patent 1,155,601 as well as patents in 14 other countries granted to my Company B A Cough Equipment Limited.

2. More than £97 billion of the Asemaster invention has been sold worldwide but none of the £2.4 billion contractual royalties paid to my Company or myself due to fraud by directors of Lloyds Bank and Slater Walker Securities, now named Amvescap Plc.

3. Details of this unprecedented fraud are in the attached 55 page Schedule of Events from which it is evidenced the fraud was compounded in Your Majesty's Courts by Solicitors Cameron McKenna and D J Freeman & Co. under instruction from Lloyds Bank and Slater Walker Securities.

4. The Schedule of Events is supported by some 1200 documents and the attached copy letter from solicitors D J Freeman is primary evidence of a Conspiracy to Pervert the course of justice in Your Majesty's Courts for the purpose of the fraud and this was followed by Your Majesty 'a High Court judge Mr Justice Megarry ordering the sale of Your Majesty's Letters Patent 1,155,601 to a foreign power on the application of Lloyds Bank, in violation of Your Majesty's Great Seal.

5 A principal element in Britain's biggest fraud is the corrupting of Your Majesty's judges by Freemasons under the leadership of their Grand Master Edward Duke of Kent, a factor obstructing investigation and the prosecution of thieves in high Places. More than 4,000 Freemasons have been deployed against me since 1967 resulting in, amongst other things, the death of my 15 year old Son and the premature death of my Wife. As far back as 1969 HRH Duke of Edinburgh wrote to Lloyds Bank complaining about their treatment of me, a British Inventor. I have prevailed against such odds only by the grace of God and my witness is true.

6. Concerning the civil liberty of Your Petitioner; Lloyds Bank and Slater Walker gave Undertakings to Your Majesty's Court of Appeal to pay contractual royalties to my Company down to 5th June 1972 but no such royalties were paid. I applied to Your Majesty's High Court to enforce this unsatisfied judgement debt and in January 1995 former Attorney General Sir Nicholas Lyell MP instructed Mr Justice Latham to dismiss my application for payment of £28,000,000 from a Slater Walker former Company. In March 1995 Sir Nicholas Lyell MP, as First Law Office to the Crown, obtained an order against me under Sec 42 of the Supreme Court Act 1981 preventing me by myself or through my Company continuing or commencing any proceedings in Your Majesty's Courts; an order in contempt of Your Majesty's Court of Appeal. Sir Nicholas Lyell MP is the Nephew of the late Viscount Runciman, a conspirator in the fraud and former Deputy Chairman of Lloyds Bank. Nicholas Lyell's mother, Lady Lyell nee Runciman was a substantial shareholder in Slater Walker Securities now named Amvescap Plc of 11 Devonshire Square, London EC2.

7. It may please Your Majesty to learn that my many designs and inventions have earned Britain more than £200 billion and now, at the age of 71 years, I am reduced to the 'Breadline' due to fraud and corruption in Your Majesty's realm. Amvescap Plc under its former name destroyed 2,300 British companies and its former Chairman, Mr Jim Slater, is still awaiting prosecution for embezzlement after 22 years; such is the corrupt influence of Freemasons in our Society.

Comment: We have been studying this case for 10 years and are convinced that Bernard Gough's claims are genuine. Not only that but the pattern of persecution is the familiar one with police, bailiffs, banks, bankruptcy and gagging writ. Note that the Queen's cousin, the Duke of Kent, is titular head of the United Grand Lodge. We have our own pronunciation for "Kent".

By letter dated 15 May the Queen's Chief Correspondence Officer informed Mr Gough that Mr Gough's comments had been carefully noted and that his "letter" had been passed to the Lord Chancellor. Our view is that Mr Gough should now copy his Petition and the Queen's letter to the man who has final responsibility, the Prime Minister.

LOMON HANDLEY LETTER TO PUNCH

Miss Lomond Handley (Ph/Fax 01202 738982) had the following letter published in Punch.

*** CHAIRMAN MO (Mohamed Al Fayed) is justified in his condemnation of politicians who are cowardly and unprincipled in their failure to speak out against corruption, injustice and abuse of power.

As a former county and borough councillor, I witnessed activities involving councillors and their cronies, which were covered up when I tried to expose them.

There are no codes of practice, guidelines or legislation to prevent convicted criminals from organising home and neighbourhood watch groups. The Home Office maintains that it is up to the police to "vet" candidates who run these groups. The police deny this and blame the Home Office.

Criminals organise watch groups, which target pensioners.

I have drawn the attention of Straw and other politicians to this state of affairs. Nothing has been done about it. (Edited) Lomond Handley. ***

Note: The National Pensioners Association (NPA) published details of the above scandal in its quarterly magazine "Lifeline" because it was concerned that the lives and property of its members were being put at risk. It also published that Dorset's bent policemen had to settle out of court when Lomond Handley sued them for wrongful arrest. The Masons have now wrongfully taken over the NPA. A Mason named White conspired with other Masons in the group and called two meetings on 8 May at Studland and on another date at Bournemouth. An accusing finger is pointed at Brother White of 8 Harmony Farm View, Heath Green Road, Studland, Swanage, Dorset. (Tel. 01929 450468). In fairness to Mr White we offer him space to reply to the allegations made against him. He is accused of calling a meeting and imposing a new chairman on the executive council by ensuring that only his preferred members attended the meeting. The meeting on 8 May at Studland was called by White who did not provide an agenda, which was apparently agreed beforehand by his friends. This looks like the old familiar story of a Masonic take-over by stealth. It does not seem unreasonable to accuse the Dorset police of fabricating new charges against Lomond Handley again in the certain knowledge that a Masonic magistrate like Harry Barnes will take the case.

WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL

*** A public officer would be liable for the tort of misfeasance in public office if he acted in the knowledge of, or with reckless indifference to the illegality of his act and in the knowledge of, or with reckless indifference to the probability of causing injury to the plaintiff or person of a class of which the plaintiff was a member. ***

Why is no action by the Health and Safety Executive being taken against Westminster City Council over its asbestos ridden flats? Misfeasance in public office is a criminal offence. When are we going to hear about the appeal to the Lords against the decision to let Dame Shirley Porter walk free? Has this anything to do with the fact that the leader of the labour faction in the council collaborated with the Porter mob? Where does Andrew Dismore, MP live and what address appeared on his election nomination form? He is MP for Hendon. Why were none of the Westminster council officials charged with criminal offences? Roots, a central figure in the corrupt council, has been replaced as Chief Executive by a man named P Rogers. Rogers has referred our complaint to a less than honest female. Rogers is another person who will claim that he was unaware of the corruption within his council.

We reported that Viscount Mills' replacement at the Environment Agency was saying nothing and concealing his identity. His name is David Wardle, Masonic Lodge unknown. He is guilty of at least nonfeasance in public office, also a criminal offence.

ALBERT DRYDEN

Mr Dryden is still confined in H M Prison Garth, Leyland, Lancashire. Straw has just downgraded two prisoners but refuses to downgrade Mr Dryden until he takes a course at Nottingham. The authorities now tell him that he has cancer of the bowel. We thought that they used the brain tumour diagnosis to kill off opponents. Mr Dryden is refusing treatment and that could be a wise decision because, if he doesn't have cancer now, he will have it after treatment. We speak from bitter experience. Masons murder!
